PitchGov ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Literally Anything LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and services at pitchgov.com (the "Service").

By using PitchGov, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plaintext password)
• Company name (optional, provided by you in account settings)

b. Payment Information

We collect subscription and billing information necessary to process payments. All payment transactions are handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription status. c. Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Pages visited and features used within the application
• RFPs saved to your watchlist and bid status updates
• Category preferences and notification settings
• IP address and browser/device information
• Timestamps of login and activity

d. Communications

If you contact us by email, we collect the content of your message and your contact details in order to respond.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Service — create and manage your account, display relevant RFPs, and maintain your watchlist and preferences
• Process payments — manage your subscription through Stripe, including billing, renewals, and cancellations
• Send RFP digest emails — if you have email digest notifications enabled, we send you a periodic summary of new high-relevance RFPs matching your category preferences. You can disable this at any time in your Account settings.
• Improve the Service — analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
• Communicate with you — send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, payment receipts) and respond to support inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations — maintain records as required by applicable law

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data, watchlist, and preferences are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure that your data is only accessible to your account.

While we implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PitchGov:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Privacy Policy
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Privacy Policy
• Anthropic — AI analysis feature (RFP descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate bid analysis). No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. Privacy Policy

7. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are set by Supabase's authentication system. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data remains stored unless you request deletion. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of email digest communications (via Account settings)

10. Children's Privacy

PitchGov is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
